WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU

HML are specialists in cleaning ducted ventilation systems.   Unlike other companies operating in this field, we do not practice this activity as an add-on to other services such as Ductwork Installation, Water Monitoring, tank Cleaning or Chemical Supplies. HML only handle air hygiene.

The following are some areas for which we can offer an expert service.

HML can risk assess a ventilation system and present the findings to the client, enabling the client to make informed decisions.   The report format is simple to follow, being both written and visual.

HML cleans ducted air systems by use of manual, or mechanical brush methods. An independent assessment carried out by a Swedish Institution confirms that the methods used by HML are the most effective.

HML will degrease Cooker Extracts, which are a FIRE RISK.   The Institute of Loss Adjusters have laid out a recommended cleaning regime which has been accepted by the HVCA and incorporated in their guide manual TR19.

HML can provide a service of monitoring of systems after cleaning. This will ensure that dirt encroachment is kept to a minimum.

HML can inspect Fire Dampers throughout a system to ensure that they are open and in an operable state. 

HML can supply and fit new filter systems to ensure more efficient filtration and cleaner systems.

HML will carry out Pre Commissioning cleans supplying and fitting access doors where necessary.

HML are experts at cleaning hazardous environments. We have dealt with

• Radiation Contaminated Dusts

• Toxic Pharmaceutical Waste

• Potentially explosive material ie Powders, Sugars etc.

HML can undertake Refurbishment of Air Conditioning Systems.

The decontamination, decommissioning and removal of unwanted systems is not a major part of HML’s service.
